In accordance with the agreement between the participants of the International Championship of the Czech Republic for 2023 teams in the Extraliga and the 1st league that the first information will be published in mid-November, the participants of the Extraliga 2024 are known from today.

In 2024, the teams AMK Zlatá Přilba Pardubice, AK Slaný, AK Markéta Praha will take part in the competition for the Czech Team Championship, and the newcomer to the competition will be the speedway club Žarnovica from Slovakia. All these clubs have expressed interest in participating in the competition on the set date.

The deadline for registration for the First League competition is November 30. So far, the clubs SPT Profil Team Kopřivnice, AK Markéta Praha, AMK ZP Pardubice, AK Divišov have expressed interest in participating, while confirmation from the defending champions AMD Krško and PK Plzeň is still awaited.

At this point, it can be said that a unique experience awaits speedway fans in the former federation. It is no secret that strong teams already have a very strong caliber, including: competitors, SGP series participants Jan Kvěch and Andžejs Lebedevs and the leader of the Slovak team, the third competitor in the world, Martin Vaculik. If we add other high-class drivers from Pardubice, Prague, Žarnovice and the team from Slané, which for the last two years started without a driver in the SGP series, but fought for the title until the last moments, we can say that the result is an extremely high-quality and interesting competition.
